How do I receive my movie tickets after purchasing online?
Once your purchase is complete, a confirmation email with a QR code will be sent to your inbox. You can also access your tickets via the AMC Theatres mobile app.
What is the refund policy for tickets and concessions?
Tickets can be refunded online or via the app up to one hour before the scheduled showtime. Concession items purchased in advance are refundable if the order has not yet been prepared.
Can I use AMC Stubs rewards for online purchases?
Yes, simply log into your AMC Stubs account during checkout to apply available rewards, waive online ticketing fees, or earn points on your transaction.
Do you offer physical or digital gift cards?
We offer both. Digital gift cards are delivered instantly via email, while physical gift cards can be shipped to your address within 5-7 business days.
How does the mobile ordering for concessions work?
You can skip the line by ordering snacks through our app. Select your items, pay online, and choose a pickup time. We will have your order ready at the designated express counter.
